Alex A. Huezo is a REALTOR® with E3 Realty serving Brentwood and East Contra Costa County. With 12 years of experience and 110+ closed sales, Alex is known for making the real estate process feel clear, organized, and a lot less overwhelming. Clients appreciate his friendly, down-to-earth style, consistent communication, and the way he breaks things down so they always know what’s happening and what to expect next. 

Alex works with both buyers and sellers, with a strong focus on first-time homebuyers and homeowners who want a solid plan when it’s time to sell. From setting a smart strategy to navigating inspections, appraisal, and timelines, his goal is simple: help you make confident decisions and feel supported from start to finish. He also proudly serves Spanish-speaking clients and believes that great service starts with education, honesty, and being easy to reach. 

In addition to serving clients, Alex is active in real estate leadership and professional development. He served three years as Chair of the Young Professionals Network at the Delta Association of REALTORS®, two years on the Delta Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and as Vice Chair at the California Association of REALTORS®. He is also a Past President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), reflecting his commitment to elevating the industry and advocating for clients and communities.
